For other products not specified as one of a kind
Products part of The ROPE project by Lisu Vega must be returned in the same conditions in which you received them, together with their complete original packaging, tags and any accessory related to them. You are responsible for proving that the articles have been returned therefore for your security we recommend that items be sent using a recorded delivery system. If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not have the right to reimbursement and we will give you a store credit. You must be responsible to pay the delivery, in any return circumstance we would pay the product shipping.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT OR IF IT IS DAMAGED?

TO RETURN You can return any item that is not fully to your satisfaction. To return a product you have 7 days from the delivery. Customers can return items by COURIER. Therefore for your security, We recommend that items be sent using a recorded delivery system.
